In this program, we give ONE ON ONE CONSULTATION
This is an Eight weeks’ program, where 1-2-hour weekly session with patient/ client is done and certain tasks are being given to be done during the week.
Based on the subjective measure of stress 8 weekly sessions will be done that will include wide range of stress management techniques including Counseling, practicing relaxation techniques, Reframing, Problem solving, conflict resolution, dealing with relationship difficulties, etc.
