Dr. Taruna Yadav

Dr Taruna is a Senior Ayurvedic Doctor, Author, Certified Stress & Lifestyle Management Consultant and founder of “Dr Taruna’s Wholistic Health”. She has been working in the arena of Preventive and Holistic Health for last fifteen years. 


She started her career as an Ayurvedic Doctor in 2007 and took up Nutrition and Wellness along the way to help people achieve optimum physical health. In 2012, she incorporated Mental Health Specialization in her work. She did her specialization in Stress Management from Stress Management Institute UK and became a Member of International Stress Management Association UK in 2012.

She has written two books on Stress “Stress management at work place” in 2013 and “Happiness and Well-being” in 2016 for “Indian Oil Corporation Ltd” for their employees all over India.

In 2016, she worked on the concept of health promotion with Ayurveda, wherein she wrote home remedies every fortnightly for the employees of IOC. And in the year end, it was published as compiled book on “Home Remedies for Common Health Ailments”.

In 2017, she was invited by GAIL India Ltd to write the Guidelines on “Healthy Lifestyle & Nutrition” for their employees in collaboration with their Medical Services dept.

Apart from working with respected and prestigious Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) like Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) and IFFCO TOKIO, she has rendered her consultation services to various Multinational and IT companies like Accenture, Sapient, Zee Business, Aricent etc.

From 2018, she has been consulting Luxury Ayurvedic Skincare Brand “Forest Essentials”

In the last 15 years, she has rendered her Holistic consultations and helped thousands of people reverse and prevent the lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances, cardiac problems, obesity, stress and anxiety.  She has also successfully treated patients with skin and hair problems, migraine, digestion, urinary and musculoskeletal disorders in her Ayurvedic Medicine practice with the help of Ayurvedic medicine and holistic approach.

With her proficiency in Ayurveda and Wellness, she has contributed to a number of expert columns in leading media publications like Vogue, Femina, Harper’s Bazaar, India Today, Grazia, Elle and others. She has been invited as a speaker at forums like FICCI, YPO, EO & corporate events and more.

The fee is 2000 INR for a 30-minute consultation and $45 for international patients.
